Weather

The weather in Agnes Water & Town of 1770 can change quickly, plans may have to change during your stay, we will do our very best to manage any changes to your planned tours, and refund the packaged component price of any tour which cancels due to weather. 

Cancellations

Bookings made will be asked to pay a 25% deposit on confirmation of availability and pricing of group package.

Payments can be made via bank transfer instalments from individual group members.

30 days from arrival full payment must be made for group package total.

​

Any increase / decrease in group numbers will result in a refund / charge to the adjusted amount, all changes made prior to 30 days from arrival are free, inside 30 days incurs a $45 admin fee per change.

IF group cancels within 30 days of arrival, 50% refund or change of date organised.

​

IF group cancels with 14 days of arrival, 0% refund or change of date organised.
